30th Street 5th Avenue Corner
Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Dear Ms. Avanceña:

Greetings!
Ms. Avanceῆa, your concern stated in the letter has been acknowledged. Health Organization Welfare
would like to express its deepest apologies regarding your complaint about the products that was
delivered for your medical mission.
The company has no control of the products once they are shipped. Based on the result of investigation
conducted by HOW’s packaging management staff, it was found that there was a mishandling by the
courier. As a compensation, the packages that you have ordered will be redelivered by an exclusive
shipping courier on May 8, 2019 and expect to receive them before your upcoming medical mission as a
replacement for the bad quality that your company has received. In addition, there will be two more boxes
of Vitamin C pills for free as a compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.
Again, deepest apologies and hopefully, this did not cause any major problems with your company’s
medical mission. In light of this incident, the company is continuously working on making the shipping
process more reliable. HOW hopes that this incident would not affect the business relationship with your
company.

Respectfully yours,
