EVENT CENTRE

An event centre is a place where events with huge amount of people happen. Like
exhibition fairs , conventions , conferences, wedding etc. I choose event centre as a
proposal topic because is one a the place that brings people from many part of the
country to meet, interact, see new things gain knowledge as well. Event centre
brings about improving the economical sector value. Okigwe lacks such a place in
the locality .

COMMERCIAL OFFICE COMPLEX

A commercial office complex is a building that is used for commercial use. Types can
include office buildings, warehouses, or retail. A business or must be located in a
commercial area or area zoned at partially for commerce. I choose these because it
is one of the buildings that generates fund more. And most offices are mainly for
business purposes which bring different ideas of work to people in the same
building, these kind of building are the supposed buildings seenin a commercial
town. So am doing it to create more urban look to rural

CAR TERMINAL

A bus terminus is a designated place where a bus or coach starts or ends its
scheduled route. The terminus is the designated place that a timetable is timed
from. Termini can be located at bus stations, interchanges, bus garages or bus
stops. I chose bus terminal as another topic because is another interesting people
that commercial town can’t do with it. It brings about people coming from different
angles, and on another note, okigwe lack such a place at the moment so it will be of
help in developing the town.
