ANI} PROFOUND CONDOLENCES TO THE BEREAVED FAMH,Y FOR THE
UNTIMELY DEMISE 0F THE LATE RITCIIIE L. LISONDRA, EXECUTIVE
ASSISTANT OF THE OFFICE 0F TEE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, THIS PROVINCE

WREREAS, on January 14, 2019, the Lisondra Falnily lost a loved one with the sudden
deml.se of the late Ritchie L. Lisondra, Executive Assistant in the Office of the Provincial
Governor, this Province, leaving hf s loved ones, family and friends in great sorrow;

WIIEREAS, the Late Mr. Lisondra, was at the vicinity of their neighborhood and was
talking to his cousin pertaining to their relative's funeral when approached by two gunmen who
suddenly, drew their respective firearms and simultaneously shot the victim in the different parts
of his body causing his instantaneous death;

WHEREAS, Mr. Lisondra is survived by his spouse Glory G. Lisondra and children,
Harvey nt, Von Mika andMarycherish;

WHEREAS, with the expression of heartfelt sympathy and condolences, this Body joins
the bereaved family in beseeching the Almighty God, the Father in His Wisdom and compassion
to grant his soul etemal rest and peace jn His glorious kingdom;

WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing and on motion of Hon Henrich M. Pimentel and
h jointly secondedbyHon. Donell v. Polizon andHon. Margarita G. Garay;

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVEI) by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur to express the

Province of Surigao del Sur's deepest sympathy and profound condolences to the bereaved
family for the untinely demise of the Late Ritchie L. Ljsondra, Executive Assistant of the Office
of the Provincial Governor, this Province.

RESOLVFI} FINALLY: That copies of this Resolution be furnished to the bereaved

wife, Mrs. Glory Germinal Ljsondra and ch]ldren, Harvey Kint, Von Mjka and Mary Cherish all
of the Municipality of Tago, this Province for their information and as a lasting memorabilia,
