Investment Attractiveness Index – Australia and Oceania


Indonesia is among the bottom 15 least attractive
jurisdictions for investment based on the PPI
rankings. However, its score increased by almost
15 points this year, leading to a rank of 70th in the
world. Fewer respondents for Indonesia indicated
that taxation regime (-27 points),
uncertainty concerning disputed land
claims (-17 points), and socioeconomic
agreements and community
development conditions (-15 points), were
deterrents to investment.
