Distribution Plan:

TicTac are available in almost all the leading distribution channels of Pakistan, from supermarkets to
grocery store, to small shops. They are distributed through wholesale channel (see fig. 1.1).

Direct distribution is focused through promotional stalls at several events in Universities.

The main aim is producing products that meet market demand and ensure complete customer
satisfaction. Following deals are offered for customer retention and addition of new customers.

Buy four get one pack free.

Get a small pack free with the big one. (Easy to refill)

“Environmental friendly packaging” Recyclable plastic to be used.

Furthermore, we have introduced a new “Chaunsa” Flavor to reinforce the brand image, add new
consumers and Increase sales numbers.

Marketing Material:
The aim is to reach out to our target audience using billboards advertisement on the busiest roads. And
by using ads on bus stops, train stations and cafes, we will try to hit our target audience as much as
possible. Also, in our campaign, we will use coupons and promotional advertisement using websites and
social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and mobile applications.
