1. Cut off the packaging material and removed from the machine.
2. Cut the LS strip away from the packaging material and rewind
strip to reels and removed them from machine.
3. Carry out all the listed checks in daily care.
4. Clean the strip applicator with air to remove plastic residue or
dust from the inductor plates.
5. Clean all rollers on the strip applicator and sealing unit with a
sponge and wipe with clean cloth.
6. Clean the shaft of the strip magazine with a sponge.
7. Clean all the ASU rollers with a sponge and wipe dry with a
clean cloth.
8. Check the sharpness of the blade on both material holders on
ASU. Change if required.
9. Vacuum clean inside of the ASU.
10. Use sponge and distilled water to clean the calendar rollers,
squee-gee rollers and all other rollers in Aseptic chamber.
11. Clean the aseptic chamber filter from strip and PE residue.
12. Check the peroxide bath roller that it is free.
13. Clean the peroxide bath from strip and paper dust with
distilled water only.
14. Remove and clean the upper filling pipe with sponge and
water.
15. Check the LS inductor guide surface for damage. Change if
required.
16. Clean the inside of LS inductor with a sponge to remove PE
residue.
17. Clean the forming rings with brush and rinse with water.
18. Ensure that the forming rings rotate freely in both directions.
Change if required.
19 Clean the aseptic chamber door windows with a sponge and
rinse with water.
20. Check and replace product pipe gasket each time is removed
from upper filling pipe.
21. Check and clean the two cutting jaw rails for damage.
Change if required.
22. Check the cutting jaws dollies for wear or damage. Change
and insert correctly.
23. Replace the cutting jaw oil through the drain and filling plug
hole.
24. Remove and clean the final folder flusher nozzle with anti-
limestone reagent for about 10 minutes.
25. Check the central lubrication oil level. Refill if required.
26. Check and clean hydrogen peroxide tank filter. Change if
required.
27. Change hydrogen peroxide in the tank to prevent paper dust
and impurities accumulation.
28. Clean the water filters in the service unit with compressed air.
29. Clean the machine platforms and surfaces with sponge, brush
recommended cleaning compound and wipe dry with a clean
cloth.
30. Check the level of alkali and acid in the ICU containers. Refill
if required.
