Check List Action Code

1. Cut off the packaging material from the drying chamber.
2. Remove the lower filling pipe o-ring and check for wear or
damage. Change if required.
3. Remove the pressure roller and check for stiffness, wear or
damage and clean. Change if required.

4. Remove the HI nozzle o-ring for cleaning and also check for
wear or damage. Change if required.
5. Clean off product residue on the upper filling pipe with a
sponge using water.
6. Check the cleaning pipe sleeve for wear or damage. Change
if required.
7. Check the gasket of the locking rings for wear or damage and
change if required.
8. Check the level of alkali and acid in their containers and refill if
required for internal cleaning.
9. Check the level of detergent in the container and refill if
required for external cleaning.
10. Check, ensure and eject packages in the waste conveyor.
11. Check the functionality of cleaning nozzle by visual inspection.
If required clean or replace.
12. Disassemble the lower filling pipe and clean by hand.
13. Check the float for damage, crack and no liquid leaks inside.
Change if required.
14. Clean the counter and pressure roller on the strip applicator.
15. Clean the photocell lenses on the splicing unit with a clean dry
cloth.
16. Clean the photocell lenses and the reflectors in the ASU
packaging material unit with dry cloth.
17. Clean bending roller, paper guide and splice guard with a
sponge and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
18. Check the rotation and condition of LS inductor guide rollers.
Replace if required.
19 Check that all rollers in the forming ring rotate freely if required
service.
N.B: Take care not to damage the surfaces of the rollers
when removing residues.
20. Wipe down all the rubber seals on the doors of jaw and Final
Folder Unit with sponge to remove water residue.
21. Clean the barcode photocell lenses with a clean dry cloth.
22. Check the dollies for wear or damage. Change if required.
23. Check the inductor for wear or damage and clean with bristle
flat brush.
24. Check the catches and the catches return spring functionality.
Change if required.
25. Clean the catches and the catches springs.
26. Clean the four heating nozzles of flap heater in the Final
Folder.
27. Blow clean the air hole of the nozzles with compressed air to
remove clog.
