If you lead a healthy life, you’ll live langer.

We most change from being a society of polluters to being the society of a healthy
life.

Purpose

Eating healthy is the key.

A balanced diet is one that is delicious and also good for you

Development
 Things we can do to have a healthier life.
Eating a balanced diet without excess is a key to having a helthy life.
Being healthy depends on each one and the way you take care of your
body. Perform physical activity, rest well and maintain a food plan that is
abundant and varied are some of the things most important to be able to
meet this goal.
Caring for your body is task we must perform every day.

 List of actions and habits that help to have a healthy life.


- Exercise
- Sleep your hours between seven and eight hours.
- Use a handful of dried fruits at least once a week.
- Make four meals a day.
- Throughout the day drink at least two liters of water.

 What you should not eat.


-limit the consumption of sugary drinks.
- restrict the consumption of butter, margarine.

 Healthy actions that can be done at home.


- Eat in family.
- Do the shopping with the boys.
- Let the boys participate in the kitchen according to their age.

Conclusion

love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle.
