how we should have a healthy life.

Things to Do in Order to Live a Healthy Lifestyle


 Regular Exercises
 Following a Balanced Diet
 Practice Mindfulness

To have a healthy life, we shouldn’t:

 Eat sweets and fats;


 Eat large quantaties of food;
 Drink many sodas;
 Practise too much sports;
 Eat in front of the TV;
 Eat too many snacks between meals;
 Be a “couch potato”;
 Eat our meals alone;
 Smoke and drink alcohol.

Instead, we should:

 Do exercise;
 Eat healthy food;
 Eat several times a day in small quantaties;
 Have a balanced diet;
 Brush our teeth everyday;
 Drink a lot of water;
 Always have a good breakfast;
 Eat at regular times;
 Sleep a minimum of 8 hours a day;
 Eat our meals with someone, so we don’t eat too much.

Healthy actions that can be done at home or away from home.


1. Take a good glass of water when you wake up and stay well hydrated during the
day.

2. Do thirty minutes of exercise a day.

3. Program seven or eight hours of sleep each night

4. Never eat in excess. Moderate the portions in your meals.

5. Choose vegetables before processed meats or snacks.

6. Manage your stress well. Learn to organize and relax.

7. Get a medical checkup at least once a year.
