Program Specific

Along the 500 hours of internship, the trainee was able to apply basic skills,
and critical thinking that was learned and enhanced at the university. Although not
everything done at the internship were in the field of mechatronics, they will still be
useful since they can be applied in certain situations in everyday life. Other
learning are for other fields like electrical, instrumentation and control, computer
science and mechanical, this fields are a part of mechatronics.

IV. Training Assessment in Relation to:

a. Student Outcomes

An important lesson in this internship is that you can have some fun in your
work. This does not mean you can just horse around but loving your job, having a
safe working environment, friendly and hardworking colleagues, work can also be a
fun routine in everyday life. Another lesson is having perseverance, and patience
will reward you in the long term.

b. BS MexE Program

The trainee is ready to join a company where he will be able to apply his
knowledge and skills in mechatronics which are partly mechanical and electronics.
Not only that, the trainee will also be able to apply skills and knowledge from other
fields with combination to mechatronics as to consider other situations where mix
of different fields will be needed.
