Welcome!
Hey, it’s Yuri and I’m happy that you now have in your hands my
“Home Remedy Handbook”…
I’ve got 3 kids at home and with that comes all sorts of ailments and
little nagging health problems…
Please remember that the health of your liver, colon, and adrenals
will also make a profound impact on how healthy or sick you are…
That’s why it’s important to ensure you’re eating the right foods and
keeping your body clean from the inside-out…
General
Healing Tonics
Before we get into specific conditions and their
remedies, here are 3 “healing tonics” that we drink
on a daily basis…
These provide a good foundation for optimal
internal health so that many of the ailments in this
handbook are much less frequent.
Here’s a simple recipe for adding it into your drinking water. You can
drink this as often as you like throughout the day with no side effects.
◆◆ 500 ml water
◆◆ 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Spicy Tea
I like to drink this when I’m winding down at night. It’s loaded with
all the essentials to keep your body healthy and feeling great.
◆◆ Juice of ½ lemon
It’s good for mites as well, and in both cases it can be sparingly
dusted on your pet to kill off and control the insects. In the same
way, it can be used internally to kill intestinal parasites.
For Pets
◉◉ Killing fleas is one of the most popular uses of DE. Fleas can
never become resistant to DE, because the DE cuts and
dehydrates the fleas.
Sunburns
When we travel with our kids, or even with the hot
Canadian summer, there’s bound to be a sunburn or
two. The focus of treatment for sunburns centers
on reducing inflammation and pain. The following
remedies also protect the skin from further damage
and replenish vital nutrients in the skin. Apple cider
vinegar, aloe vera and coconut oil are among the
best treatment options.
Simply mix water and ACV 50:50 then soak a thin rag in it and wrap it
over the sunburn. Instant relief!
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is an especially effective treatment for sunburn. It contains
a variety of vitamins, including A, C and E as well as folic acid and
choline, which replenish and rejuvenate the skin.
The substance also contains several amino acids and fatty acids
that function to relieve inflammation and redness. These same
compounds also make aloe vera a great gut healer too!
Ideally, you want to find a real aloe vera plant, cut it, and squeeze out
the gel onto your skin over the sunburn. If you don’t have access to
a live plant, then you can find aloe vera gel at most health food stores.

Coconut Oil
Coconut is effective for treating a variety of health conditions
including sunburns. Coconut oil contains a unique combination
of fatty acids that relieve inflammation and revitalize the skin.
The moisture that coconut oil offers also prevents peeling that
commonly results from sunburns.
Simply massage the coconut oil over the sunburn several times per day.

Colds
A cold is a viral infection of the nose and throat
that’s relatively harmless but causes the irritating
symptoms of sneezing, runny nose, sore throat,
coughing, and congestion of the chest and sinuses.
The common cold can be the result of any one of
a number of viruses, which can vary the symptoms
from a chest cold to a stubborn, bad cold.
Being an airborne virus, it is very easy to catch a cold. All the
sneezing and coughing sends infected water particles into the air,
easy to be inhaled and spreading the cold further. Hand washing is
important, especially for kids who are in school all day.
◉◉ Vitamin C— ◉◉ Elderberry
up to bowel tolerance
◉◉ Garlic
◉◉ Ginger
◉◉ Apple cider vinegar
◉◉ Echinacea
However, not too long ago, I also came across a great home remedy
on EarthClinic.com that has worked like gangbusters.
Sore Throats
To soothe a sore throat, try the following apple
cider vinegar gargle. I find it more effective than
gargling with salt water…
◆◆ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
◆◆ 6 oz distilled water
(or regular water that has been boiled then cooled)
Mix all the ingredients and gargle with it several times per day.

Coughs
As annoying as it is, coughing does serve a purpose.
It’s a natural reflex to help clear out foreign
particles, irritants, and secretions from our lungs
and airways.
We’ve found that drinking apple cider is by far the most effective
way to get rid of a cough. However, you can also try the following:
1. Place the onions and lemons in a double boiler, cover, and cook
over boiling then simmering water for one hour.
Eye Infections
Not all eye infections are contagious but if you get
a case of “pink eye”, also known as conjunctivitis,
then that’s a different story.
It’s often caused by the entrance of bacteria into the eye by touching
or rubbing the face. Due to this inflammation and infection, the
small blood vessels in the membrane become more visible, causing
the white of the eyes to appear pink or reddish in color.
To clear it up, here’s what we typically use at home. This first one
stings like hell but it’s mighty effective:
1. Boil the distilled water, let it cool, add ACV, then place in
sterilized dropper or eye cup and submerge affected eye.
I’ve also found colloidal silver to be very effective. Simply add a few
drops of it into the affected eye several times per day.

Earaches
I never understood how much pain an ear infection
could cause until I sent myself to the hospital as
a result of having one about 2 years ago. It was
the most pain I can recall being in. No wonder kids
scream like crazy when they have one.
Most ear infections are caused by germs, including bacteria and
viruses, that get into the ear and middle ear. Since the Eustachian
tubes in the inner ear are very tiny, water from swimming can often
get trapped in there and start an infection as well. That’s what
happened in my case.
I’ve tried at least a dozen different things for ear infections and here
are the most useful:
You can also use food grade hydrogen peroxide (diluted to 3%)
according to the following guidelines:
◆◆ 1 oz colloidal silver
Headaches
Many headaches are caused by poor circulation to
the head. Thus, most remedies that alleviate this
problem will help.
Once again, drinking apple cider vinegar is a clear winner for
headaches. However, you can also try the following:
◉◉ Place a warm wet towel around your head while you keep your
feet submerged in foot bath of very cold water. This will constrict
the blood vessels in your feet, open those in your head, and
promote better circulation.

Insect
and Other Bites
If you get bitten by a tropical insect while traveling
or even at home, then try applying this paste to the
infected area:
Skin Rashes
When our middle son Luca was 2, he contracted
a nasty skin rash while at a cottage that lasted
nearly an entire year! I wish I had known about this
solution at that time.
For skin rashes, soak in a bath of warm water and 2–3 cups of apple
cider vinegar for 20 minutes. Then, rinse off and rub on an ointment
of chickweed, calendula, and olive oil.
Want
to Bulletproof
Your Health?
Getting sick isn’t fun…
And the reality is that you don’t have to succumb to
the latest superbug that is affecting everyone else…
That’s because, as Nobel Prize winning scientist Dr. Otto Warburg
discovered way back in 1931, what’s happening inside your body is
far more important that any “external” influence…
I’d like to invite you to join me on a FREE online workshop where I’ll
walk you through exactly how to bulletproof your health by ensuring
your liver, colon, adrenals, and other important glands and systems
are squeaky clean and working at their best…
