Conceptual view

Podium is connecting all the four blocks and making

them an integral part of the design. The semicircular
cutout in it is derived from Akskhardham.
It provides natural light to the recreational spaces
on ground floor.
Podium brings a more human scale in the design.

Earth berms have been made to this level.,

So that, bldg. will appear as if emerging
from the ground itself.

All the blocks have profile of width of 18 mts. to allow

natural light from both sides( depth of 6.5mts from both sides).
Spaces are arranged in three rows: Utility and service spaces
in the middle and working areas at the sides

Design theme : Tree . Capacity: 100 people
Semi enclosed space has glazing in both longer sides with signature S.S. tree frame. These frames creates
real silhouette from east and west directions. Symmetrical planning with access from both directions.
Services and kitchen are placed at lower floor, making the space, clutter free.
A high fountain at the centre, enhances the natural feeling .
