Time & Energy Management

➢ For Peak Performance & High Productivity

Time & Energy Management
Course Outlook

In today’s world we are all busy. Organizations are using fewer people to do more work
than before. Tight deadlines, last minute changes, overloaded schedules, emergencies
and the pace of technology all add to the pressure. The workloads and responsibilities
fall upon our shoulders, and have little time to breathe and take charge of our
professional and personal life. More than ever before we need to be effective in
planning our workload and managing our time and control our stamina. Getting the
most out of a 24-hour day is a constant challenge. This workshop is about learning to
better understand time and its effects; more importantly, it is about examining its
effects on our various sources of internal energy: physical energy (which is particularly
affected by stress), emotional energy (which tells us which needs to satisfy), mind
energy (which can help us focus on value-added activity), and the energy of meaning
and purpose (which feeds the human spirit)
