3. Teacher asks each group to discuss about the importance of
staying healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally.
4. Each group will share the views.
5. The teacher gives feedback on responses.
Activity 2:
1. Pupils write down the problems or stress they are facing on
a piece of paper.
2. In groups, pupils discuss the ways of solving and release the
stress.
3. Pupils share their opinions and make a conclusion on the
best way to release their stress.
Activity 3:
1. Pupils are divided into groups.
2. Each group takes turn to answer the quiz.
3. The group with the highest marks is the winner.
