The title of the term paper will be “Effectiveness of Employee Retention Strategies in
Industry”

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:

This paper would focus on the importance of making employee retention, an organization- wide
issue.

It would identify the retention strategies, their effectiveness and if they need to be

modified.
It would also identify the benefits of retention strategies.

• To assess the satisfaction level of employee with existing retention strategies

employees. Models and methods will be evaluated.
