The title of the term paper will be “Effectiveness of Employee Retention Strategies in
Industry”

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:

This paper would focus on the importance of making employee retention, an organization- wide
issue.

It would identify the retention strategies, their effectiveness and if they need to be

modified.
It would also identify the benefits of retention strategies.

3. Objective :

OBJECTIVES OF THE TERM PAPER:

• To evaluate the effectiveness of the existing retention strategies.
• To evaluate the benefits of the retention strategies.
• To assess the satisfaction level of employee with existing retention strategies

The term paper will be based on the current strategies organizations follow to retain the
employees. Models and methods will be evaluated.
