Greetings,

In behalf of the management of Davao Holder Poker Group, we are requesting for
your kind confirmation and favorable consideration.

We would like to provide suggestion for the improvement of our hallway including
Korean Store fire exit at the back of their store to make it orderly and as safe as possible.

Thus, to give more convenient ambience to our customers, we are hereby requesting
your good office to allow us to lease additional space fronting our leased premises extending up
to the side of the Korean Store with a width of 2.50m to be used as our hallway.

Our hallway space condition needs to be addressed accordingly due to ongoing

structure of Septic Tank Water treatment (STP) in front of our facilities ,releasing very bad
odor /messy /untidy surroundings, sometimes overflow the canal going to our hallway cause of
releasing foul odor wherein not set in good standard condition;

We would like to appeal and allow us to construct proposed structure by way of putting
tube style hallway (30m) particularly including fire exit beside Korean store hallway areas
adjacent to our establishment .
