Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga is demanding, but this set of 26 poses warms up and stretches every muscle, joint,
ligament, tendon and organ. That’s also the reason why it’s important to maintain the temperature in the studio
(40-42 degree Celsius), as it increases flexibility. Here’s why some of the hottest celebrities abroad have taken to

KARIM ABDUL JABBAR
