Dear Sir/Madam:

In line with the celebration of 1st CLAARDEC Fiesta to be held on September 26-29, 2017, the
College of Business Administration and Accountancy has organized the Tilading Ad-Congress to
highlight the importance of the fusion of teaching and extension activities in the academe. The
tilading is a unique product of Nueva Ecija processed specially by CLSU, referring to “tilapiang
daing”. The objective of the activity is to push the popularity of the tilading amongst Nueva Ecijanos
and showcase it as a unique product of Nueva Ecija.

We would like to invite your participation to the Ad-Congress by bringing in your best tilading
advertising poster. The competition will be held on September 28, 2017, Wednesday from 1:00 to
5:00 o’clock pm at the CLSU Multi-Purpose Gym. Kindly refer to the attached guidelines for the
contest.
