Job Description

Position Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER IT – M. USAMA ALI

Reports to: MANAGER IT

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Responsible for installation, configuration, security and maintenance of Network


Devices, network infrastructure, LAN, WAN, WLAN, Intranet, Firewall and
Internet at AMTH, RLDC, RLCP, AHS, RLCN, and RLMC
 Responsible to Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network hardware and
software issue.
 Responsible to Install and support LANs, WANs, WLAN, Network segments,
Internet, and Intranet system.
 Responsible to ensure internet and network security and availability to end user
24/7
 Responsible to Determine network and system requirements for purchasing by
end user at AMTH, RLCN, RLDC and RLMC
 Responsible to take backup of user data, servers, shared files & database and
verify on daily basis.
 Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and setting of
computer systems as well as printers and scanners.
 Responsible to Maintain network server such as Pathology Lab server, OPD
server, ERP, HMIS servers online 24/7
 Troubleshoot and resolve x-ray software and CR-scanner & printer issues
 Setup and configure software for time attendance system & enrolled new staff
(ZKTeco and Anviz machine) according to HR department requirements.
 Identify User need and planning network infrastructure for new applications and services
 Responsible to Arrange meetings and training schedule for implementation of
HMIS and ERP system
 Responsible to assign daily basis task to IT team at AMTH
 Responsible to maintain IT office and control room of AMTH, RLDC and RLNC.
 Responsible to prepare and submit duty roster of IT team at AMTH.
 Responsible for repair & maintenance and Purchase of equipment and accessories
of IT office at AMTH, RLCN and RLDC

 Assist and support website up gradation and SEO work


 Task Assigned by Manager IT/ (HOD), Project director and higher management
