PERSONAL SUMMARY

 An enthusiastic Telecom engineer with the necessary drive and determination needed to resolve
complex networking issues. Possessing effective organizational skills and excellent working
knowledge of networking technologies and having a commitment to keep up to date with the
latest developments. Experienced in providing motivation, guidance and an up to date
networking consultancy service to both colleagues and clients. Now looking for a new and
challenging Telecom engineer position where I can share my experience to contribute to the
growth of that company.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Apr/2017: Incident Manager at Huawei Technologies

 Ensure post-review of priority 1 incidents


 Chair the incident and problem review meetings
 Follow up defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy
 Notify the participants in the Incident Management process when standards and procedures are
not being followed
 Reroute misdirected incidents that have not been handled on time
 Respond to the Incident Analysts regarding escalation issues in a timely and appropriate fashion
 Identify incidents which need special attention or escalation
 Manage major incidents to their resolution respecting the SLA of customer.
 Push the different actors involved in the incidents resolution
 Carries out the Process Manager responsibilities for the Incident Management process
