PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL FOR SNAIL BUSINESS

This is the business proposal I would like us to discuss in order for us to enter into this partnership
in the expansion and upscaling of Snail farming and marketing in Ghana and on the global scale as
well.

With the latest technology available, we can expand at rapid pace and conquer the emerging
market of global snail consumers. It is my greatest believe that, once we are have conquered the
local market in Ghana, then we will have the capacity to go globally and compete with other snail
exporters in Europe

Below are the major points I would like us to consider in order for this great expansion we all
envisage to achieve by 2020.

It is my vision, that by 2020 we will be able to produce 100000 pieces of snails every week and at
least sell 90% of the snails we produce weekly, hence with this vision in mind I would like us to
consider the following points

1- Acquire a 20-acre plot outskirt of Accra for the new site factory of snail production
2- Create a website and mobile app for marketing and distribution of the snails to our retail
and wholesale partners.
3- Massive online advertisement, using social media like facebook and instagram
4- Find new partners like popular Fast food joint and eateries, like cellsbridge, Tasty Jerk to
prepare and sell our snails product for their customers
5- Employ appropriate number of work force who will share in this new vision and help us
achieve our set target for each year.
6- Finally, employ the use of mobile money vendors as well as interested market women and
hawkers to assist in the sale of the snail product

This will be achieved in Phases, so we will have the first phase for this year, then second phase will
be for next year and finally the third phase will be in year 2020.

1 – what shareholding percentage will be allocated to me in the new partnership agreement

2- how much funds do you expect from me in this first phase (which we will be agreed on by all
parties) for my shareholding percentage.
