Our mushroom product offers a chance to enhance the sustainability of scale systems by recycling
organic matter. This organic material can serve as a growing medium, for mushrooms. Mushroom
farming is related in agricultural service though if our plan would become successful we can serve it
locally specially here in monkayo.

ii. What is the competitive advantage of your product or service?

Our product is unique than to our competitors the reason of producing a new product with a high
quality but low price otherwise our competitors using a traditional way like after harvesting of their
mushrooms they sell it in the market, but our product turns into caned or bottle such as button
mushroom and king oyster mushroom.

Our product could be a brand-new, distinct product or service opens in a new window that hasn't been
offered before or we provide a brochure to a public specially a tarpaulin to identify where our product is
located and a method of providing an already available service.

Our mushroom products having relationships with alternative suppliers most of them are students of
moncast and also the teachers. We are also supplying anywhere in public to make our products widen
here in monkayo. To develop the supplier of our products we must introduce to them how good it is and
specially posting in socmed.

We are planning to promote our product in social media in that way our products would become known
so that there are some people make interested to buy our product in additional we are also planning to
make a tarpaulin to attach it in the public way or any famous area.

In this project we are planning to attend of any meetings or seminar if our locality conducted a free
training for those people who wants to learn in that way we can gain a knowledge on how to cultivate
mushrooms. As of now we are planning to farm a mushroom by learning in social media by watching
video.

Our business is based on our organization in our school that we will promote our product to be
approved as of now only our organization is working to do this thing.

In mushroom cultivation involves a series of process. These steps outline the requirements, for
establishing a successful production system. This step involves composting, spawning, casing, pinning
and the last is cropping.

If our product successfully approved we can deliver through delivery. our product will open in our social
media pages by posting of our available product such that our buyers can order through online.

iii. Clear source of funds

Our budget of this business will be came from our organization and donation from those teachers who
are interested to make our panned successful. This budget can make our plan better.

The materials needed to our business if this will become successful, we will planning to buy it through
our fund from our organization in that decision there will be no issues.
v. What kind of investment/materials/labor & others is needed to start your agri-business?

In this case we are planning to collect money for those who are not contribute in our organization in this
reasons our project will not be short in money.

vi. What is the time frame of your proposed project?

We are planning to construct this in a month of December, while waiting for those people who are not
ready yet for contributing. We are lack of budget so in this reasons we can’t start to construct in this
month due to lack of budgets.

We can surely that our project is suitable to our location the reason of this during the survey our
surveyor thought that our area where we plan to raised mushrooms is a good places, it has a balance
temperature and it is good to build a green house for mushroom farming.

Our data analysis shows on how can we profitable of this project due to, we are the organization who
are raising mushrooms in our locality and producing new product. We can make more profitable if this
project develop in the other locality by building a new branches.

We can make more revenue by the right pricing of our product we can do own pricing due to we are the
only organization cultivating mushrooms of our locality and it has a good affect of our business that can
make more income .

iii. When will you make a profit?

Computing all cost after selling all products, we can see our net income after all of our product is sold, by
showing the data we can determine all of incomes om how our business make more profitable .

iv. What will be the return on your investment?

We can produce more varieties of mushrooms and producing a new product to much more unique and
make people interested to buy. We are also planning to construct another branch in other locality so in
this case our investment can grow up.

We can produce more investment like buying an area to cultivate more mushrooms and other crops
specially buildings for new investment.
