Action plan

1. An executive summary – an overview of the business you want to start.

We want to start a business of lip bundles, which is a bag full of lip products and random things like
candy or hair products.

2. A short description of the business opportunity – who are you? What do

you plan to sell/offer? Why do you want to do this? Who do you want to sell
to?

We are 2 high school students, of 11 grade and we are planning to sell lip bundles. Our aim
is to accomplish successfully the igcse enterprise project, and also we hope to learn about
entrepreneuring and marketing strategies, lastly our target market are secondary and high
school students that use lip products 

3. Your marketing and sales strategy – why do you think people will buy what
you want to sell? How do you plan to sell them?

First of all, I think our products have a very good esthetic and are very appealing to the eye,
also they would be at an affordable price which makes our product more likely to be buyed.
Besides this, the bags come with a wide variety of products. We are planning to sell our
product via instagram, we will create a public account for our product and sell them there.

4. Your management team and personnel – what are your skills, experience
and qualifications? What kind of people will you want to employ?

I think I have very good social skills, I know how to communicate with people and I'm
good at negotiating, I have past experiences with businesses and in the past I have done
marketing for social campaigns. I am also very good at leadership, I am part of a group of
young leaders in my city government. Besides this my partner has also very useful skills,
she is a very creative person and she knows how to manage the money, she is also a very
recursive person which makes her good at problem solving. I think we both qualify
perfectly for this project. We are not going to hire because our project is very little.

5. Your operations – where will you run your business? What equipment will
you need? What IT/ICT will you need?

We will run our business on social media, more specifically in an instagram account. we
would need equipment like gloves and face masks due to coronavirus situation we are
currently living, also we need  all the products that are going to be selled in the lip bundle
and we will inform the girls of our products via email and also we will enter o the meet of
the girls and inform about our project.

6. Financial forecasts – how much money will you need to get started? How
much will you sell your product/service for? How much profit will you make
in the first, second and third year of business? When and how will you pay
investors back?
we made the count and for our project to start we need 70000 pesos, we are planning to
spend 7000 pesos in each bundle to sell it in 10000  pesos making 3000 thousand pesos for
each bundle if we do this for a year we will get 450000 peso in 2 years 900000 and in 3
1350000 pesos, now for our project we didn’t wanted our parents to lose money so we are
our own investors, each one of us gave 35000 pesos of our saving for getting the money we
needed for our project.
