The appellants are liable for murder[a] the cause of the death was serious burn and not the injuries
dealt with the knife

[B] it was foreseeable that fire set in the house would also burn the deceased who were alive at that
moment

[b] All the appellants were having common intention to kill both the deceased person.

[A] the cause of the death was serious burn and not the injuries dealt with the knife.

Yash stabbing once close to the heart of mr sharma with a knife was a bodily injury which would
likely to cause death

Yasho (A1) is liable for murder under section 300(3)
