With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to appoint you in
our organization as Sr. Engineer – Lab. (Metallurgy) on the following terms and conditions:

1. That you shall join us on or before 10.05.2018.

2. That you will be paid Rs.3.36 Lakh per annum and ex-gracia as applicable.
3. You will be member of E.P.F and the employee and employer share as per Provident
Rules would be paid in your account in the office of the P.F.Commissioner, Faridabad.
4. You will be governed by the rules of the company in force from time to time in respect
of obligations towards the company.
5. That your services are liable to be transferred to any of our units / branches / works
existing or to be set up or acquired in future by the company anywhere in India. You
could also be transferred to any of our Sister / Associate Concerns.
6. That you shall keep the company informed of any change in your residential address and
/ or civil status.

Please return the duplicate copy of the letter to us duly signed in acceptance of the letter of
appointment.
