OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The objective of this study is to determine the difference between the


customers satisfaction of Jollibee and McDonald’s. The researchers aim to know
which of the two fastfoods are more better in giving service and good quality of
food.

Investors - they will benefit to this research because of the comparative study that
the researchers will conduct is about two famous fastfoods corporation, they will
know which one is the best to invest their money

Consumers - they will benefit to this study because the researchers will conduct
an analysis of customer satisfaction in this two famous fastfood corporations. The
consumers will know which one have more hospitality to costumers in the
business. They will have knowledge on how the two corporations treat the
costumers and how they give their best service.

Future business owners - they will benefit to this study because the researchers
will conduct a comparative analysis of costumer satisfaction on jollibee and
mcdonalds. As the two famous fastfood corporations is open for franchising and
selling, the future business owners will know which of the two fastfood
corporations serve the best. They will know which fastfood is the most influential
and most profitable on the consumers or customers.
