We know that technology is constantly changing and advancing. As time goes on, traditional
methods are being forgotten as most of us rely more on technology, For example, 30 years ago
when students would write research papers they would rely solely on library books and
interviews for their information. While students now, use the internet to find all the
information they desire.

Technologies changed our patience level from high to low and low to high within the speed of
second. As I explained above that in old time’s people have more patience than today. We
behave very badly for small things e.g. to the people who are less technical and don’t have
high-quality mobile and money.

We changed our mind after seeing likes and comments. We stop doing the most important
work when we get a new notification or message. That’s how we are now affected by
technology.

We are searching for friends on the internet. But don’t know about neighbors and their
problems. We are sharing thousands of motivational and life quotes on the internet. But no one
is taking care of animals, plants, water, and nature.

Invention and development of Technology have changed our life positively and negatively. The
new technologies and inventions are results of our curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving
techniques.

That is why we are eager to find the extent on how the Technology changed the way we live.
Technology simplified our lives in several ways including providing on-the-go services, easy
access to information, internet of things, improved entertainment services, advanced
communication tools and has always encouraged creativity, talent and innovations enhancing
productivity and efficiency. Moreover, social networking applications have only confirmed in
the affirmation of the importance of technology. Such platforms allow for smoother
organization communication as people communicate instantly and at a relatively short
duration. But, It also has a lot of negative effects one of the most noticeable is how we are
relying on technology so much that we are becoming lazy and affecting our relationship with
other people;.

Technology is very powerful and nothing is as good as technology at improving life. New
technology always changes our life very much and takes it to a new level. It is like the new way
of thinking or doing the normal things differently, better and much more faster and at a much
affordable rate. Technology is also changing the world in negative ways. Child pornography,
spams, poor personal communication, spams and cyber crime are the negative impacts of
technology. We prefer to chat with our distant family members than talk to the person just in
front of us. Technology keeps revolving everyday. The latest car today is never the latest car
tomorrow. The best phones today become a common man's device tomorrow. People spend
their whole lives chasing after vain things without going after the true essence of life.
Technology can affect life both positively and negatively.

Technology has been the core competence in getting the job done better at less cost. Due to
technology advancement, we succeeded in delegating our roles of providing energy in
production to machines, resulting in the development of automobiles, trains, gasoline engines
and electric motors. Technology made it easier for us to replicate products. As a result, large
scale industrial production has emerged—creating manufacturing jobs all across the world.
Although technology made low skilled people to participate in production increasing the
demand for labor, but further progression is rapidly reducing the need for labor in production
(often termed as the effect of Robots and automation)—posing threat to net job loss.
Technology in production has been driving the pollution and climate change effect, but further
progression, particularly in AI, has the possibility of reducing it. Rokon Zaman. (2018).
We are lucky to witness the most significant changes in our history and be part of this rapidly
changing world. Education transformed from being teacher oriented to student-oriented by
adopting new technologies that integrate more and more students and make sure no one is left
behind. Agriculture by adopting latest technologies in farming moved beyond satisfying needs
of local communities to expand into a broad range of countries to satisfy global agricultural

Technology has also changed how we communicate, it’s amazing to look back and see how
communication has gotten easier over the years. In the past, you had to write a letter to
communicate with someone. The letter could take days before it was delivered. You also had to
track the letter to see if it had been sent to and received by the appropriate person. Errors were
not uncommon as well. However, there is no such phenomenon today—science and technology
have made sure of this. The huge amount of knowledge accessible by a click of the mouse has
helped improve the quality of communication.
Translating a text from an unfamiliar language to a familiar language, seeking out the meaning
of an unknown word, and getting follow up information on an unfamiliar concept are all
possible thanks to the internet. Technology allows easy storage and retrieval of communication
when needed, especially verbal communication, the storage of which was very difficult before.
It now becomes easier to rewind and clear misconceptions rather than make assumptions, or
contacting the person again to clear doubt. Technology has brought down the costs of
communication significantly and improved people’s access. The proliferation of online forums,
live coverage of news, and other such media-related initiatives have resulted in world wide
access and participation in news and information for almost everyone. In the realm of business,
access to communication or privileged information was until now a major source of
Competitive advantage. Technology helps remove such barriers and ensure a level playing field
in this aspect for the most part. N. Nayab (2018).
Undoubtedly, the greatest contribution into the development of communications technologies
was the discovery of the Internet. Without it, modern telecommunications would have been
impossible. The most important about the evolving of the new technologies for the human
communication was the introduction of the Internet which decreased the costs and increased
the speed of the information transfer. (Irene Rufferty).
Before the internet, things were much simpler. People went to the library for information,
people used maps to navigate, and word of mouth was the means of social media. Now that
internet exists, many things have changed. The way we think, the way we utilize tools, and the
information we know now compared to before is completely different. Social media raises
awareness of what exists in the world. Things such as restaurants that create innovative
creations, catastrophes that occur in the world, and funny skits are open to the world for
seeing. Essentially, the time period that we are in now is the information age. People are
becoming more aware of things due to the nature of the internet. Search tools such as Google
allow people to know more about the world and makes things much more accessible.
Information that had to be searched within the library is now in an individual’s fingertips,
whether it be a phone or computer. Information about anything is much easier to access
compared to just two decades ago. Overall, the internet is a strange place. People can be
different on the internet compared to who they are in real life. The internet allows for people
to be who they want to be, creating an image for themselves that may be skewed to who they
really are in person. Meeting strangers on the internet can be sketchy, and it should be
approached with caution, since people on the internet can be something that they are not.
People also can tend to be more judgmental and critical over the internet since they are saying
things to the screen, therefore not affecting themselves when saying negative things on the
internet. People on the internet tend to skew information their way to favor their opinion, and
can distort information given to them to use against others. These sorts of commentary can be
found on comment sections on social media, specifically against people such as politicians or
any famous person. Due to the internet, competition between technology companies has
increased rapidly, causing new innovative technologies to come out at a rapid pace. The
internet created many jobs.
Now there are video editors, entertainers, gamers, website creators, programmers, and even
more. It is more viable to work from home now that the internet exists. A case can be made
that in the end, technology could potentially kill off a lot of jobs that require manual work,
replacing for instance, people such as janitors or fast food workers. Joshua Bryan Talamayan

In the 1980s and 1990s, the Internet widened in scope to encompass the IT capabilities of
universities and research centers, and, later on, public entities, institutions, and private
enterprises from around the world. The Internet underwent immense growth; it was no longer
a state-controlled project, but the largest computer network in the world, comprising over
50,000 sub-networks, 4 million systems, and 70 million users.

With technology changes, we got new kind of habits and it’s tough for parents to solve such
kind of problems. It’s because they don’t know the solutions. Most of the kids, teens are
addicted to the internet. For them, technology is a toy. This can be a good change, but what
about creativity and their brain development.

Today we live more appearance filled the life. The craze and disadvantages of taking selfies in
the risky area are well known. We do online shopping and there are varieties and price
comparison tools. Technologies have an internet of things that anyone can use in their daily life.
We are busier than productive. 30 years ago people have time for friends and families. They live
and enjoy their life in real-time. At the same time, they are emotional, care of nature and
humanity.

Today, we do the same things on social media but without emotions. This is a technological
effect. And we’re responsible for this change. It’s is good or bad, depends on the users, how
they’re using it.
Technology has increased the pace of our life, but the quality is reduced. Technology impacted
our life positively and negatively. Today we have more health care technologies then past. But
the reason, behind the inventions of health technologies, is the overuse of technology in daily
life.

In old times people have less electric equipment for house and fieldwork. In the old-time
people, physical stamina is better than today’s fitness freaks.

They lived their life longer without technology but today after technology the average human
age is reducing. We’re greedy and we want more, faster and in fewer efforts.

The youth is totally depending on the technology for everything. Even from school. A piece of
small information or practical knowledge is not produced by the teachers in the class but by the
use of the internet. Technology is making children older. They are learning and watching the
things that were not possible to watch 25 years ago. This is how technology is affecting our
youth negatively. Our youth is ready to fight on social media but unable to run on the road and
even can’t able to take a bucket of water in the home. But on the internet, he/she is not less
than the army.

Youth patriotism is well known on the internet and at the same time, some of these people
don’t care to save water, clean atmosphere and girl’s safety.

There are so many positives of technologies. And its technology that has increased career
opportunities for the youth. Anyone with some sort of skill can start an online business. They
can become a programmer, designer and able to provide services remotely.
Humanity have came a long way from living in caves, afraid of the dark and not knowing what
the hell is happening around them. It might not be an easy thing to realize, but when you look
around our lives now, I personally can’t even know where to begin explaining it.
Technology is a very, very, broad term. As I understand it, technology is not all about “tech-
related” or science or engineering alone. They are the whole workings of Homo sapiens style of
doing things and solving problems, started by tool-making ancestors back when we were still
running naked and hunting for food.
It has grown so much from where we departed, that the technology we have today
is magic even by standard of people in, say, 19th century.
Technology clearly changed the way we are living, from communication, business,
entertainment, education, etc.
It helps us to do things better and much easier though the patience and hard work people have
on the times where technology is not present is fading away
In conclusion technology brings new qualities to the lives of human beings but also has a side
effect. What i have noticed is that usually human beings tolerate this side effect for as long as it
takes until that current new technology becomes irrelevant and again new technology has to be
invented.
