Description 
Ensure bar order delivered accordingly, and bar presentability. 

Jobscope 
1. Stock Check on Beer and Liquor 
2. Stock Check on Fruits and Soft Drinks 
3. Stock Check on Ice  
4. Ensure all items are fully charged for accessories/decorative 
5. Overall cleanliness of bar items and its coverage area 
6. Product knowledge equipped

Workflow 
Pre-Operational 
● Check-in with supervisor 
● Take key from supervisor 
● Stock check according to job scope above 
● Ready fruit platter and keep it in fridge for operational use 
● Compile and report to supervisor according to reporting document 

Operation Hour 
● Prepare drink according to the order 
● Time to time presentability of the bar 
 

Closing 
● Clean the bar area as per setting 
● Stock Take before lock 
● Locked accordingly 
● Return key to supervisor 
● Report to supervisor before leave 
 

Working Hour 
8pm-4am 
1 day leave/week, avoid Fri, Sat and Sun
