Location – Olds, Alberta

Duration – 10 months to start

Project: Organize, lead, and deliver the set up of the first Extraction Facility within the next
6-8 months.
This facility will enable to the collection and use of the shakes (leaves, stems..etc -parts of the plant
that are not currently being used or sold) for oil extraction of new products.
This PM will not be leading the physical build of the facility (walls are already up) however will be
coordinating with the construction contractors as needed.
The PM will be responsible for the extraction facility logistics to get this new business area into
production: planning, scheduling, and coordinating all the many moving parts (equipment,
people/resources...etc).

This PM will report to the Director of PMO and working very closely with the business sponsors
(President and VP of Extraction and Supply Chain)

Background/experience required:
- Ideally an experienced PM who has built a Facility previously
- Strong Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacture experience
- 7-10 years of project management experience
- Previous experience setting up a business and getting it into production
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
