AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE
I, CHERYL S. CONAG, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Pinukpuk Junction, Pinukpuk, Kalinga, on oath, states:

1. My total aggregate land holdings, including that parcel of a

registered land containing a land area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE (13, 680) SQUARE METERS, located at
Pinukpuk, Kalinga, that I acquired from Marissa C. Gunnacao, thru
a Deed of Absolute Sale of Land covered by Doc. No. 425, Page No.
85, Book No. VIII, Series of 2019 of the Notarial Registry of Atty. Priel
P. Balnao of Tabuk City, Philippines, dated ______________, 20__,
does not exceed five (5) hectares.

2. I am executing this affidavit in compliance with Department of

Agrarian Reforms Administrative Order No. 1-89 as well as to show
proof that my total aggregate land holdings, including the portion of
land I acquired from Marissa C. Gunnacao, does not exceed five (5)
hectares.
