Jul 18 to 21 Tue to Fri PANADERIA CLASS: Twenty-eight (28) “sulit” recipes – everything
you always wanted to learn how to make so you could open your own panaderia. Recipes include
Pan de Sal/Frances, Special Pan de Sal, Hamburger/Hotdog Buns, Ensaymada/Graciosa,
Coco/Mongo/Peanut/Squash/Cloverleaf, Raisin Bonnet, Cinnamon Rolls/Swedish Tea Ring,
Yeast Raised Doughnut/Siakoy, Tasty/Rainbow Bread, Hard Monay, Raisin Loaf, Choco Fudge
Loaf, Soft Monay, King Roll/Elorde/Bohol, Sweetheart, Bahugbahug, Cheese Pan de Sal,
Cheese Loaf/Buns, Onion Bread, Spanish Roll, Torta, Cheese Cupcake, Yoyo Cookies, Belgium,
Pig Pie, Double Body, Jelly Roll/Pianono. P7,800 for 4 days including lunch, 10am-5pm.
