Government Order

The undersigned is directed to convey the sanction of deputation of Shihab Hasan

Chowdhury, Assistant Comptroller & Auditor General (Re-organ), Office of the Comptroller
& Auditor General, Audit Bhaban, Dhaka, a member of BCS (Audit & Accounts) cadre, for
attending"Master's in Quantitative Finance" in the Lancaster University, UK for I year
from 01 october 2019 to 30 September 2020 under the following terms and conditions:

While on deputation, he will be treated as on duty;

b. All expenses of this course will be borne by Strengthening the Capacity
of Public Administration for Achieving SDGs' (SCPA-SDG) Project,
Governance Innovation Unit, Prime Minister's Office, Bangladesh;
No part of his salary will be drawn in foreign currency;
d. He has to submit a bond in a prescribed form to the competent authority;
and
e. He will have to report to the Finance Division within 5(Five) days after
completion of this course.
