Claveria, Cagayan do hereby APPOINT Mercie A. Cobo, single, likewise of legal age, with
residence address in Calayan, Cagayan as my legal representative to act in my name and stead
to claim my passport and to pay necessary fees thereof.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and perform
every act necessary to render effective the power to claim the said document as though I have
performed it, and HEREBGY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full
right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
