Dear Governor Mamba:

Greetings of peace!

I would like to express my desire in applying for the following positions, posted as one
among the available vacant positions: Administrative Aide II (Messenger), and
Administrative Aide I (Utility Worker), both under the Provincial Accountant’s Office, and
Administrative Aide I (Utility) under the Provincial Assessor’s Office.

I have been rendering public service since 2010, a year after I graduated from Saint Paul
University of the Philippines with the degree, Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I started with a
humble salary of P 8,646.00 per month under the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Cagayan and
went through my way in the executive branch in 2016 as Administrative Aide I (Clerk I) under
the Office of the Provincial Administrator.

Currently, I am still retained in the said office and was tasked in the recording and filing
of communication letters, and other documents such as PR’s, Vouchers, etc. Despite my limited
workload, I was able to learn processes in the dispensation and routing of the above mentioned
documents. The sensitivity of handling such has been a technique which I personally honed in
my 2 years of work.

Recently, I took the opportunity in stepping up my educational background as I earned

my educational units (Social Science Major) in F.L. Vargas College.

In my 8 years of experience, I was able to establish strong confidence towards work. I

believe that my work etiquette, coupled with my acquired skills and knowledge is fit for the
position I am applying for.
