Overview
A compilation of professional correspondences for college and job applications
and office communications is a useful resource that can help you succeed in college,
business, or the workplace. This collection comprises cover letter examples used to
apply for colleges, jobs, or internships and templates for letters addressed to
employers, colleagues, and other businesses.

You can learn how to draft these documents in the best way possible by
following these templates. You can also learn how professionals communicate through
letters, emails, and other forms of correspondence. This knowledge will be essential to
you as you enter college and the workplace since it will teach you what is expected of
you regarding professionalism and manners. Moreover, this compilation may guide
composing effective written communications to succeed in academic, business, or
professional situations. It allows you to examine real-life situations so that you are
more equipped to communicate with school officials, employers, and coworkers.

Instructions
Read through the templates provided in the compilation carefully and
familiarize yourself with each one. Make any necessary changes to the template's
content to reflect your own situation or preferences by providing names, addresses,
and contact details were indicated on each template. These details need not be true for
privacy purposes. After that, proofread and edit all letters in the compendium for
grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes before printing and submitting.

Rubrics

Each revised letter will be evaluated based on the following criteria and points.
Your teacher may give you a full score when mistakes are present but have not
affected the overall content of the letter. However, your teacher may deduct a point or
award no point at all if the errors are not negligible and have affected much of the
letter's content.

I. Application for College Admission

Letter for college admission (Template 1)

Scenario: You are applying for admission to a university or college and must provide
the required documentary requirements. In your email or letter, include details on the
documents you will submit so they may be easily reviewed, and express your
willingness to respond to any questions or concerns.

feel uncomfortable and degraded. Not only did his words offend me, but he also put
other employees in embarrassing positions due to the awkwardness caused by the
event.

This situation is unacceptable and should not be tolerated with leniency, much more
with impunity, especially in work settings where individuals are expected to act in
their most professional and decent selves.

With this letter, I thus strongly request that an investigation be conducted so that due
process can be enforced through the proper channels, fostering conducive
