Good morning teacher and Friends

I´m going to talk about nutritious meal.

In our life is very important eating a variety of foods that give us the nutrients
that we need to maintain our health, feel good, and is main do exercise to be
happy and have a lot of energy.

Also ingest good food helps us improve the functioning of our body just as it
also gives vitamins that can support a child’s healthy growth, development and
not get sick.There are many examples of salutary foods:

Pepper, carrot, onion, fruits like watermelon, strawberries and others.

Among them are also meat that gives us muscle and dairy product to fortify the
bones.

Additionally healthy diet can also have a profound effect on a child’s sense of
mental and a good emotional state.
