Capote 9 – James 09/23/19

 As part of the team, what would you do?

- Well for me, I will first ask my team leader why he/she would secretly change
the amount of the active component needed for the new drug. If he/she
convince me that his/her doing is legitimate reasonable, I will ask him/her to
just tell everyone the truth and we can all sort this out properly. In that way,
there will be no commotion happening.

 If you were the research leader, how are you going to convince the whole team
that what you have done is correct and legal.
- I will explain it to them carefully and in a way that they can understand. If
they agreed that’s good, but if they disagree and want to continue the way it
was, I have to make a tough decision depends on the situation. I need to give
them more information so that they would be comfortable of what I’m doing,
and they would know why I’m adding some stuff.

 Make an essay that will explain why ethics and scientific attitudes re important in
any research.
- It is important to for any researcher to have this kind to attitudes in way; it can
be beneficial to them. The attitude I like the most is being curious. As the
question I just answered recently, “a research leader add something to the
drug”, I know it’s dangerous to just add something, but I like his/her confident
and curiosity to do stuff that change the drug and improve it. Is it really
important to be curious? For me yes, curiosity is important for excelling in
any job and doing it better, because you ask questions, learn from others, and
look for ways to do your job better. The mind of curious people is active.
