Extreme sports

Bouldering

It is performed on large boulders or artificial rock walls without the use of

ropes or harnesses, but most climbers use climbing shoes to help secure
footholds, and chalk to keep their hands dry.

Cliff jumping

Cliff jumping is probably the least complicated extreme sport. There's no

equipment to buy, no special clothing to wear. It's just sailing through the
air from dizzying heights and plunging into of water below.

Bungee jumping

It is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected

to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a
building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable
object, such as a hot-air-balloon or helicopter.

When the person jumps, the cord stretches and the jumper flies upwards
again as the cord recoils, and continues to oscillate up and down until all
the kinetic energy is dissipated.
Cliff jumping was the sport we liked the most, for two main reasons: diving
in beautiful natural landscapes and feeling the adrenaline of jumping into
the water from a high altitude.
