This letter is Lawful notice that GENISIS CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION INC. is in default of
the above-referenced contract, dated November 3rd, 2016 for…

• Repeatedly refusing or failing to supply proper materials

• Repeatedly disregarding applicable laws or lawful orders of a public authority
• Work stoppage exceeding 30 Thirty days and repeatedly refusing to return to
complete contractual obligations.
• Repeatedly breaching trust between owner and contractor by and through
actions of employees and principle of GENISIS CONSTRUCTION and
RESTORATION INC.

,as required by law and/or the relevant contract. CONTRACTOR has

had 30 days to remedy this default and has made no effort. As the
date of this letter Owner (David Cannizzaro) terminates the
contract for cause against GENISIS CONSTRUCTION AND
RESTORATION INC., and he is entitled to a refund of all work and
materials not completed or purchased and on site, and any
additional costs to complete the project beyond the negotiated
amount as per the contract and at the writing of this lawful notice.
The STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF CITRUS has jurisdiction and
may exercise its right to confirm termination of the contract for
cause, in accordance with F.S 489.129 or other applicable statutes.
