Free Mobile Plan: 50 GB of 4G Internet

The best 4G fair use allowance in the market

Free has once again shaken up the French mobile market by significantly increasing the 4G
internet fair use allowance under the Free Mobile Plan, from 20 GB to 50 GB (speeds reduced
in excess of 50 GB). The price of the Free Mobile Plan – which is still a no-commitment plan –
remains unchanged at €19.99 per month or €15.99 per month for Freebox subscribers.

This means that Free Mobile Plan subscribers now have the best 4G fair use allowance in
the French retail market.

Free Mobile’s 4G network currently covers over 50% of the French population, and the
objective is to cover some 60% by the end of 2015 – 4 years ahead of the commitment given
when it was awarded its license.

The new fair use allowance is applicable as from today for both current and new Free Mobile
Plan subscribers.

Unlimited calls, SMS and MMS excluding short, special and premium-rate numbers and premium-rate SMS/MMS.
Up to 50GB valid only on the 4G network and subject to the use of a 4G mobile phone. For non-4G compatible phones and/or the
3G network: up to 3GB of 3G internet. 4G network currently in rollout phase.

6th generation of Freebox units that notably includes an NAS and a Blu-RayTM drive. Free was the first broadband operator to
include calls from landlines to mobile phones in its offerings and also calls to French overseas departments (DOM). Since January
2012, Free has brought mobile phone usage within everyone's reach with straightforward, no-commitment offerings at very
attractive prices. In March 2015, Free launched the Freebox mini 4K. As at June 30, 2015, Free had almost 17 million subscribers
