Foreign Key :
A Foreign Key is a key used to link two tables
together. A Foreign Key is a field in one table that
refers to the primary key in another table.
Primary Key :
Primary key contain a unique value for each row
of data. It cannot contain null values.
Sorting:
Sorting is a process of arranging a data in
ascending or descending order.
Steps to Open an Access :
1. Click Start Menu.
2. Then click All Programs -> Microsoft Office
3. Select Microsoft Access 2007
