THE PROBLEM

Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to determine the implementation of Marketing

Strategies in a retail store, Cebu City. The findings of the study served as the
basis for the proposed action plan.

Specifically, this study sought to answer the following sub- problems

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 age;
1.2 gender; and
1.3 educational level?

2. What is the level of implementation on marketing strategies in terms


of:
2.1 Customer Care;
2.2 Pricing;
2.3 Research;
2.4 Advertising;
2.5 Quality on Product Improvement;
2.6 Packaging; and
2.7 Location?

3. What is the overall impression of the respondents regarding the level


of implementation on marketing strategies?

4. Is there a significant relationship between the profile of the


respondents and
4.1 level of implementation; and
4.2 overall impression?

5. Based on the finding of the study, what action plan may be proposed?
