CORRIGENDUM TO ADVT NO. 06/2019

1. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MAHAVITARAN) has

published Advt.No.06/2019 for filling in vacancies of Graduate Engineer–Trainee (Civil.)
and Diploma Engineer-Trainee-(Dist.)/(Civil) which is uploaded on the website of the
Company on 01/08/2019.The last date of submission of On-Line application is 20/08/2019.
2. Due to certain changes, some change is made in the vacancy/backlog position for
the of Diploma Engineer-Trainee-(Dist.) vide advertisement No.06/2019. The candidates
are to note that, a vacancy and backlog position for the posts of Graduate Engineer–
Trainee (Civil.) and Diploma Engineer-Trainee (Civil) remain unchanged. Accordingly, the
revised vacancy and backlog position for the post of Diploma Engineer-Trainee-(Dist.) in
respect of Advt. No. 06/2019 is as below:

Note- The number of vacancies and reservation for various Categories are provisional and
likely to change as per promotion, retirement, the government policy amended from time to
time etc. Such a change will not be notified either in News Paper, on website or to the
candidates.
3. The select list for ALL THE THREE POSTS advertised vide advt. no. 06/2019 will be
valid for a period of one month from the uploading of the result on website of the Company.
However, in exceptional cases only, the select list will be extended for an additional period
of one month. In addition to the select list for the posts advertised, wait list up to 50% will be
prepared.

4. Inclusion of GST charges on Application Fee:

Candidates shall pay the requisite fee through online as below:
Open Category / Applied Against Open Category : Rs.500/- + 18 % GST+ Transaction Charges
Reserved Category : Rs.250/- + 18 % GST + Transaction Charges
Note: (i) The candidates claiming the reservation mentioned under ‘Persons With
Disabilities’ and ‘Ex-Serviceman’ are exempted from fees.
(ii) Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. The decision of the Company in all matters relating to the recruitment process shall
be final and no individual correspondence will be entertained.

6. The selection of the candidates will be subject to further order in respect of Writ
Petition No. 7038/2018 filed before the Hon’ble High Court, Nagpur.
7. The URL link for submission of online applications FOR ALL THE THREE
POSTS will be available from 20/08/2019 to 03/09/2019 on the website of the company
www.mahadiscom.in.
8. The other terms and conditions viz. educational qualification, age, experience as
on 20/08/2019 etc. laid down in the Advt. No. 06/2019 shall remain unchanged.
