In accepting this Bill of Lading, the shipper expressly accepted and agreed to all its term and condition wheter printed, stamped or otherwise incorporated in the borth sides of this Bill of Lading (nonwithstanding the non-signing of
this Bill of Lading) by the agent of carrier (PT. Mentari Mas Multimoda). In the condition where more than one of Bill of Lading issued where the content of the Bill of Lading and the date are the same subsequently, if one has been
accomplished, then the other will be void.
If the freight and any cost incurred in this shipment are due and payable withim a month upon the arrival of the ship subsequently PT. Mentari Mas Multimoda has the privelege nonwithstanding to any other terms and without the
conset of the judge, to sell the goods in the auction before the public or to sell the goods without notice in a private event, wherein the revenue or profit (if any) will be given to any party or person who are entotled to receive it.
Received by the carrier from the shipper in apparent good order and conditions (unless otherwise stated) the total number of containers or other package, from the place: of Receipt are the Port of Lading, wicheveris applicable.
One original Bill of Lading, duly enclosed to take delivery of the goods must be surrendered to me clarified at the Port of Discharge or the Place of Delivery the merchant.
