Step 2: Disconnect the 4-row ECU coupler. You should hear the connector click
as the lock disengages.
Step 3: Unlock the coupler pins by pushing in on the white plastic locking tab
(Fig1.) You should hear the connector click as the lock disengages.

Step 4: Looking at the back of the ECU coupler (where pins and wires are
inserted), remove the white plastic weather sealing plugs in the unused
pin positions. (Fig2.)
Step 5: Insert pins as shown in (Fig2.) Brown in pin 10, Red in pin 11, Yellow in
pin 18, Green in pin 19, Orange in pin 27.
Step 6: Remove the black wire with blue trace from pin position 26. Use the Fig2. Pin Location
supplied heat shrink tubing to secure the connection between the
l.c
exposed male and female pin. Insert the black male pin from the
programming harness into the female pin of the black wire with a blue
trace. Then Insert the black female wire from your programming harness

Step 7: Lock the coupler pins by pressing the locking pins simultaneously (Fig3.)
until they are flush with the connector. If the connector does not lock,
check for loose or incorrectly seated contacts.
