Please see attached letter from CRMC. It seems that they are concerned that public access to the water is not being
maintained. I know that this is not the case, but that is not very clear from the attached plans. We need to show a clear
unobstructed pedestrian path from the road to the water. It does not need to be paved, but it needs to be defined on
the plans and be clear from physical barriers/obstructions.

Please prepare letter to CRMC (with attached plans) explaining that pedestrian access will be maintained . You may also
want to mention that there is available parking (town lot) nearby where people can park.

If you prefer that the response come from RIDOT, please e-mail them to me and I will send it on RIDOT letter head.
