Customer Service is already getting calls regarding this location and about the impacts to the public access. I'm guessing

Matt and Joe,

Please see the complaint below as well as the attached . We have gotten 2 complaints about public access
being blocked off to a public right of way. Initially I thought this was construction work, but now after seeing
Brian's response and reviewing the attached additional complaint, I am wondering if this was work done
without a PAPA? Can you have someone investigate to see if this was done without proper permitting?
