8: 00 Green tea ( 1 cup ) + masala oats / mix veg semolina / vegetable Salsa / sprouts mix
9:00 a.m with some vegetable and olive oil

11 :00 Coconut water - 200 ml + 2 spoon of protein powder ( 10 gm )
Mid morning
1 :00p.m Mix salad ( half cooked ) sometimes use olive oil for dressing / sprouts salad
Lunch Broken wheat with pulses / Creacked wheat upma / Soyachunks ( should be soft )
with vegetable
3:00 p.m Water – 200 ml + half lemon + 1 spoon of cuminseed powder / coconut water
Afternoon
5:00 P.M Green tea - 1 cup + (after 15 minutes ) + mix fruit bowl ( avoid banana , mamngo )
