Weight loss diet list

Note:- Early Morning: lemon water/methi water/luke warm


water/pudina water

Breakfast :- Idli(2-3)/Chapathi/(2)Dosa(1) Oats(1 cup)


Wheat Rawa upma (1 cup)

Note:- Avoid Ground Nut & Coconut chutneys

Mid morning:- Veg salad(1 cup)/fruit salad (1 cup)/veg


soup (1 cup)/any fruit 1

Lunch:- Rice (1 cup)+Dhal(1/2 cup)+veg curry 1 cup


+Butter milk (1 glass)

Evening:- Black Tea with 2 lemon drops/Green tea (1cup)


Biscuit high fibre only (2-3)

Dinner:- Chapath/Pulkha (2)/oats(1 cup)/wheat upma 1 cup)


Or
Fruit salad +1 Glass of Butter Milk(1 glass)
Or
Ragi java+Butter Milk (1 glass)
*Daily 3-4 litres of water
*Cut down Sugar or Sweet items as much as possible
AVOID
Mutton,Ghee Masala foods,spicy items
potato,sweet potato,Chocolates Ice-creams
Mangoes, Sapota, Banana Custard Apple
Junk Foods, Deep Fried Items,Bakery Items

Thyroid patients
Please avoid cabbage,cauliflower.soabean
