ADVANCING THE CITY WITH CONSEPT OF SMART CITY

The concept of smart city is a concept where the cities have a system based on internet. Each
smart city is created with the desire of the government to provide pulic complaints, service
transparency, increased speed of pulic service, more reliable pulic transport, security
enhacements, and more. this is done to provide better pulic services by using information and
communication techonolgy (ITC), there are many solutions offered by ICT in helping a country
realize a smart city for its people such as machine learning and the internet of things (TOT)

machine learning encourages a system that the government to make its own decisions carefully,
as a part of artificial inteligence machine learning has been widely used by applications that we
may not be aware of. for example, language translation and face recognition by the device while
accesing social media.

with the concept of smart city in a city will facilitate the government in improving the service
quality of public services through the intergration between goverment, business, and community
and comunity involvement and participations are also a nother important factor assisting the
goverment in applying this smart city.
